Special Thank You’s:                           Thank you to my Track coaches – Coach Romansky and Coach Schober- for helping me both as an athlete and a student from freshman year all the way to this season this year. I really appreciate your time and energy in coaching us. Track season would never been possible without your dedication. Your efforts really made this sport memorable for me!

Message to Underclassmen:             For underclassmen looking for advice, I would say to try and get to bed early each night to be well rested for the next day. I found that sleep is very valuable in terms of both your well being and mental state.
