Last night, the 8th grade Lady Demons non conference basketball team defeated Middleburg Heights 12-11.  The team played tough defense and rebounded well.  The undefeated (3-0) Lady Demons will play a difficult road game tonight, Wednesday, November 18, as they take on Avon Lake.

After a rough start, the 8th grade Lady Demons conference basketball team defeated Middleburg Heights,  23-19 at home last night. The win moves the team into sole possession of first place in the SWC.  Gina Adams led all scorers with 8.  Also scoring for Westlake was Stephanie Randar, Abby Carrington, Christina Zkiab and Ayat Woodi.
