The Girls Volleyball tournament draw was completed yesterday and the Lady Demons will face familiar foe, SWC opponent Amherst. The match will be played on Tuesday, October 20th at 7:30 pm at Midview HS. All tickets are 6$ for adults and $4 for students.

Boys Soccer receives #1 seed in OHSAA District

The Boys Soccer team will enter district tournament play as the #1 seed.  The boys currently have an 11-1-2 record and will take on Berea-Midpark Thursday night for the SWC Title.  Berea-Midpark will be the second seed in the district tournament. Boys XC 10th at Medina

The boys cross country team took 10th out of twenty-two teams at the Medina Cross Country Festival on Saturday.  The Demons were led by junior Sebastian Francesconi and senior Nick Irwin, who took 11th and 14th.  Both runners ran their best time with Francesconi finishing the 5K course in 16:32 and Irwin following closely behind in 16:38.

Westlake 8th Grade Volleyball falls to Amherst in SWC tournament

Westlake 7th Grade Volleyball falls to Avon Lake in SWC tournament

The 7th grade Lady Demons Volleyball team lost in the second round of the SWC tournament this morning against Avon Lake in 2 games.  After dropping the first game 20-25, the Lady Demons jumped out to a 10-0 lead in game 2, but could not hold and lost 22-25.  Congratulations to all of the girls
