The WHS Varsity Girls continued their undefeated season in the Greater Cleveland Interscholastic Bowling League (GCIBL) by besting a strong Olmsted Falls team 2728-2377. In doing so, the Demons set new personal, league, and school records today. Senior Peyton Hedges set a new personal and league bests with a high series of 603 (school record), and high game of 232. Jenny Wisniewski set a personal best series of 510 (212 high game). Sophomore Taylor Hedges had a nice 483 series, and Senior Charlotte Button added a 473 series. Combining as the 5th bowler today were Sophomores Rema Alsabony (260) and Gabrielle Hansen (114). The team set new league high scores for scratch (2443), handicap (3362), OHSAA total (2728), series (603) and game (232). Halfway thru the season, the Demons have maintained a perfect record, having never lost a single game, match, or even a Baker game. The Demons continue next week at Buckeye Lanes in North Olmsted, followed by a Winter Break tournament in Hubbard, OH on Dec 28th.
