The Boys and Girls Basketball programs in conjunction with the WDAB will be having a “Midnite Madness” event on Saturday, November 4th at 7:30 PM in the Westlake Athletic Center. Introductions of our teams, dunk contest, 3 point shooting, etc! Admission is free. Concessions will be available and the first 300 people in the door
The middle school boys tryout dates are as follows: 7th Grade at 5:15 at Westlake High School main gym=Tuesday, October 24th and Wednesday, October 25th 8th Grade at 6:45 at Westlake High School main gym-Tuesday, October 24th and Wednesday, Ocboter 25th All students trying out should have a valid physical on file at LBMS.

The Demon Athletic Winter Banquets were held last week for Swimming, Boys Basketball, Girls Basketball, Wrestling, Gymnastics, Hockey, and Cheerleading. Demon Athletes and their accomplishments were celebrated with a catered meal being provided by The Burntwood Tavern. Congratulations to Coach Herman and the 8th grade boys conference basketball team for winning the SWC championship tonight. The team beat Midview 54-17 to finish their undefeated SWC season.
